My philosophy is that good design starts with a good problem.

research

Product development is all about solving the right problems. From interviewing users to gathering business requirements, I lead the team in the process to find the problems worth solving.

Distilling research into an actionable project plan is no small task, but personas, customer journey maps, and other documents help define and prioritize product features and the project roadmap.

execution

My tools of choice are HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping, but I can also get crafty with Keynote, Adobe or Sketch, or even pen and paper to communicate my design ideas.
