Led design of the first AI-powered analytics tool at Diligent, enabling non-technical users to analyze data and build reports through natural language.
Design System Innovation
Launched MCP server for Design System, accelerating developer implementation speed and improving design-to-engineering workflow.

I've spent my career at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and team leadership, working on B2B and consumer products and shaping how organizations approach design at scale.
Currently, I'm leading AI innovation at Diligent across both product and process. My team and I are delivering the human-AI collaboration vision across all our products. We’re transforming how our team works, recently launching an MCP server for our Design System that uses AI to accelerate implementation, fundamentally changing the design-to-development workflow.
